Who uses my floppy drive?
Hello,
I am running a Woody box and I have the problem that whenever I try to
use the floppy drive (mount it or using mtools) I get the error "device
already mounted or device busy." But /dev/fd0 is not mounted (as
reported by df); also if I type "fuser -m /dev/fd0" I get a null answer
which I guess it means no process is using /dev/fd0.
What I just noticed is that the floppy works fine if I boot into single
mode with "linux single" or with the "telinit 1" command. Then I can
type "mdir a:" and I get the file listing in the floppy without
problems.
Any ideas? Thank you.
