Well, I've never installed with these files before, so I don't know for
sure, but...
To me the first looks like a replacement for the usual drivers.tgz, and
the other two look like replacement files for the boot floppy. You
probably just have to rawrite/dd a normal boot disk, and replace the
install.bat and linux files with the ones from the udma66 directory.
