apache & latest woody libc6 upgrade

A lingering problem of mine since things were fixed:

/etc/init.d/apache start

syntax error on line 133 of /etc/apache/srm.conf:
Invalid command 'AddDefaultCharsetName', perhaps mis-spelled
or defined by a module not included in the server

This prevented the restart of apache. I commented out the
offending line & apache will then start up.

The line is:
#AddDefaultCharsetName iso-8859-1
