i've done it ... the problem is in the kernel, 2.2.17 in debian 2.2 ...
but the driver was compiled using kernel 2.2.12.
you need to compile an older version ... AFAIK, it works from 2.2.12 to
2.2.14 ... i'm not sure if it works with a newer version, but i
couldn't make it work with 2.2.17
