If you want an easy to set up firewall that will work under any
distributions, go to www.pmfirewall.com

For documentation on IPCHAINS, go to www.linuxdoc.com. PMFirewall comes
with a very decent set of file that will teach you what you need to know
about IPCHAINS. Reading the config files for PMFirewall is also a good way
to learn.
