Perhaps I should have said "no Debian developer"; Michael Feger isn't
listed as a developer on the Debian website, so whether he is interested
in packaging it or not is largely irrelevant (and I speak as a
non-developer).

As far as I can see, it's the BSD licence with the "obnoxious
advertising clause". Not very pleasant (and somebody should talk to the
author about it), but I think it is DFSG-compliant.
