Note:  this is really a misleading question.  The real question is:
can Netscape track all of the perversions to HTML introduced by the
browser that cannot be named.  The answer is no, although for most
purposes it is perfectly usable.  HTML is NOT, NOT, NOT, a page
layout language and the idea of remote side font selection is 
horribly broken and needs to join Jar Jar Binks with the fishes.
