111 is the rpc port. as this ...255 ip is a broadcast, the ...10 machine
is probably checking the whole net for the availability of some service.
eg, nfs and rwho (not sure) are rpc-based services.

btw: on my system this is "Packet log", not "Package log". it's
probabaly the same on your system.
