Yes, the "Unsubscribe ?" .sig is really clear.

Imagine that it said:
Unsubscribe ?:
apt-get install x-server-svga
apt-get install xdm
apt-get install gnome
apt-get install <your fav. Gnome email client package>
After your X mail client get installed (assuming that you have run
xf86config correctly), run it an enter
"debian-user-request@lists.debian.org" in the From: line, and
"unsubscribe" in the Subject: line. 
Clik "Send."
