Re: Limiting user access in ftp, ssh, samba, etc... 'passwords'



The proftpd docs say that the daemon does a chroot operation after login
to restrict the user to a particular directory. The web site is at
www.proftpd.net. I am not sure how this compares to running a program
under the chroot command.
