if gets to the point where nothing else works, you can always use loadlin,
boot linux from dos mode.  just need a copy of the kernel on a dos
accessable partition, and loadin.exe then its easy to make a batch file
for each distribution.

or you can search the www to see how to add linux to nt's boot menu, its a
*little* more complicated involves copying the boot info from linux to a
file.. 

for your situation though, with that ezdrive software(curse it
silently) i'd probably go with loadlin if i was in your position.

if you use loadlin though make sure to do it from dos mode(safe dos
mode) to avoid any drivers/etc loading before.
