XF86Config but NOT for a mac

Quoting dkphoto (dkphoto@cyber-wire.com):

I think you're suffering from mac-itis again. The xserver-common
package for its architecture appears to lack xf86config. You're
welcome to a copy of my /etc/X11/XF86Config but it may or may not
help you very much.

You need to read the documentation in the xserver-fbdev that I
assume you're using very carefully, as mistakes in this file can
fry your monitor. I know nothing about frame buffers etc.
man XF68_FBDev should help you. Be aware that the location of
XF86Config given there might well be wrong as Debian typically
links it to a more sensible location (above).

Cheers,

# This is an inclusive master file which will run accel/ATI/17ES unchanged.
#
# What needs to be changed on installation:
#
# Font server or fontpaths need to be checked.
#
# Accel and/or SVGA screen section (at the end) should have
# the correct graphics card device and monitor uncommented.
#
# Main changes:
# Font server instead of fontpaths,
# LeftAlt and RightAlt,
# Xkb section for "windoze" keyboards,
# Mouse protocol and timeout,
# Monitor sections for Opus, Envy 17ES and EV700 monitors,
# (We have one under-specified and one over-specified Opus)
# Device sections for Trident, Tseng, Cirrus, Avance, ATI,
