suidmanager problem

I don't understand how this happened:

/etc/cron.daily/suidmanager:
suidregister: /usr/bin/Eterm PERMISSION MISMATCH: was root.utmp 2755 changed
to root.root 2755
suidregister: /usr/bin/Eterm PERMISSION MISMATCH: was root.root 2755 changed
to root.utmp 2755

What should the correct ownerships and permissions be for Eterm?
