This isn't really what you asked for, but if you give a dselect command
like `+', `-', or `=' while the cursor is on a section header, it will
apply to everything in the section and move to the head of the next
section (I think this only works on a leaf section header).

So you could just execute `+' while for every section header containing
installed packages, and `-' for every section header containing
uninstalled packages, and you should be back to the default state after
only about 10 commands (it would be nice if these commands worked for
non-leaf headers too, then you'd only need to excecute two commands...).
