While you were on vacation a thread was started about a Newbie
Guideline project. It is ongoing and this subject has been included
in the proposed solution.

We have a Project Leader, Michael Stenner <mstenner@phy.duke.edu>, who
is trying to collect information to include in the GuideLines.

Michael is not, yet, a Debian Maintainer but is going ahead with the
project.
