I had difficulty with WP8 printing m'self. The way I forced it to work was by using Passthrough Postscript to the postscript driver for the network's HP LaserJet 4000N. This is my preferred method since almost anything will happily print Postscript. You might try avoiding the WP8 specific drivers entirely. If nothing else, print postscript to a file then dvips it.
