free newsfeeds?

I would like to configure inn to work like my isp's nntp server does.

Is there a way to do this. Do I need a news feed, or can I just
download all the news from my isp's server?

Basically, my goal is to have the news groups that I select cached on
my local server and updated regularly. What is the best way to do this?

I have installed on my system currently nntpcache and inn.

I've glanced over the config files, and wherever it looked like there
was an entry for a remote server I put my isp's address. Where it
looked like it wanted a local server I put my local address.

Is there a step in this process that I'm missing?

I can't find any HOWTOs, where is some good docs on nntp? ThankI would like to configure inn to work like my isp's nntp server does.
