Audio CDs not detected with kernel 2.2.x
Ever since upgrading to the 2.2.x kernel, my cd players cannot auto
detect a cd in the drive. I have to manually try to mount the cdrom
drive before the cd player will register the cd.
I am quite sure it has to do with the kernel as I just tried the 2.0.36
kernel again and everything works as expected.
My system:
Pentium-MMX 200Mhz
Atlas 24x Max CD-ROM
SoundBlaster 64 Gold
40M Ram
Samsung 3.4G IDE Drive
Matrox Mystique 2M VRAM
SMC 8013 NIC
