Look at the .config file.

If you compiled your kernel with make-kpkg, creating a .deb package, a
copy of the .config file is placed in /boot/config-<version>.  If not,
.config should be in /usr/src/linux. 

Also, anything compiled as a module should show up in
/lib/modules/<version>.
