By having scripts in /etc/ppp/ip-up.d and /etc/ppp/ip-down.d edit
/etc/resolv appropriately.  Pppconfig will soon set this up this for you,
as well as supporting dynamic-dns.  The reason is that it is impolite to to
use someone elses nameserver, and because ISP's could start restricting
access to internal servers.
