Install kdelibs0g-dev. There was an error made when packaging KDE 1.0,
and the runtime pixmaps got put in a -dev package.
Or upgrade to 1.1pre-2, which is immensely better than 1.0. .deb's are
available on ftp.us.kde.org and all the other KDE mirrors.
