They're on KDE's ftp site. Debian won't distribute KDE binaries based on
pre-2.0 (read: all) versions of Qt. Qt 2.0 is currently in beta testing,
and when it's released it will use a license that works with Debian. This
will allow Debian to distribute KDE binary packages.
Don't bother getting the KDE 1.0 packages. Get 1.1pre-2; they're stable
and much nicer.
