I repeated the make-kpkg exactly as before, as far as I could tell. This
time it completed, except for the lack of pgp, which is correct-I don't
have it-and I presume not critical. The tail of the output:
hown -R root.root debian/tmp-headers

dpkg --build debian/tmp-headers ..

But I don't know why it's different this time.
