problems with X (locales)

Hi all,

I've got following problem: when I try to launch Netscape, it won't 
start complaining about missing locales (C). When I checked into 
/usr/X11R6/bin/X11/lib/locale the directory was empty. Someone on the 
list had found previously this to be the problem but I don't have the 
know-how how to extract something from the packages...(I'm sort of 
used to just apt-get install...). Nor do I know where would I find X 
packages that would be recent enough not to break everything down 
while downgrading. The installed X packages are version 3.3.2.3a-8 
(xbase is 3.3.2.3a-8.1).
	Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have to use winblows now 
for my mail and internet needs (and the bloody thing crashed almost 
instantly...oh well:-))
