That's a child of xdm. Ie, on my system, I have:
4199 ? S 0:00 /usr/bin/X11/xdm
4201 ? S 95:49 \_ /usr/X11R6/bin/X -bpp 16 -auth /var/lib/xdm/authdir/auth
4323 ? S 0:00 \_ -box.kitenet.net
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
4332 ? S 1:15 | \_ /usr/X11R6/bin/WindowMaker
....
26482 ? S 0:00 \_ -:0
^^^
26503 ? S 0:02 \_ /usr/X11R6/bin/WindowMaker
26534 ? S 0:00 \_ xterm -name Mutt -ut -T Mutt -e mutt
26545 p0 S 0:00 | \_ mutt
....
It uses the display as the program name as a convenience.
Hint: This is not a virus, though it may play one in 'ps':
perl -e '$0="srne guvf ivehf! (abg)";$0=~y/a-z/n-za-m/;<>'
