Device 03:02 is /dev/hda2. Wasn't /dev/hda3 your swap partition
(or is my memory just too bad :-)? If so, check /etc/fstab and
see if you have a line something like:
/dev/hda2	none	swap	sw	0	0

If you have, change it to /dev/hda3 instead.

You have done 'mkswap /dev/hda3', right?

Just guessing...
