http://www.linux.org for both.  ... Linus doesn't maintain anything like
this,  I don't think.

Any question regarding the use or configuration of Debian GNU/Linux or
questions about the project itself.  Questions about the versions under
development,  or about policies concerning the development effort,  belong
on the -devel list.
