	Are you talking about the first xterm that always comes up when you
start X?  Do you have an .xsession file in home dir?  The first xterm is
called from /etc/X11/Xsession (near the bottom).  You can either modify
Xsession to call rxvt instead, or use a personal .xsession file to call
whatever you want at startup.
