Don't think so.  How about 255.255.255.0?  Or 255.255.255.240, which I
think is what you want due to what you say in a moment.

: NETWORK=146.115.107.0

This should be 146.115.107.112, I think.

: BROADCAST=255.255.255.240

This is wrong, also.  Broadcast address is the host part set to all ones
or all zeroes.  In your case 146.115.107.127

: GATEWAY=146.115.107.113 

This is correct :)

: ifconfig eth0 ${IPADDR} netmask ${NETMASK} broadcast ${BROADCAST} 
: route add -net ${NETWORK} 
: [ "${GATEWAY}" ] && route add default gw ${GATEWAY} metric 1
