Don't think so. How about 255.255.255.0? Or 255.255.255.240, which I
think is what you want due to what you say in a moment.

This should be 146.115.107.112, I think.

This is wrong, also. Broadcast address is the host part set to all ones
or all zeroes. In your case 146.115.107.127
: GATEWAY=146.115.107.113
This is correct :)
