It's either root's .bashrc or .bash_profile. It destroys itself when
started (copying a normal startup file over itself). I believe inittab is
also modified so the root login isn't automatic anymore. You need to
change this before you go into that initial boot, on the base disks
themselves, or before the reboot on the installation.
