However, it is often hard to check the bug system behind a dial up line, and
it is little trouble for developers to close a bug.

By most developers it is preferred to have a bug reported twice than have
it not reported at all.

Oliver, please note that bugs must not be closed before the package is
available at the ftp site, not just in incoming.
