Check the kernel documentation in /usr/src/linux/Documentation/isdn.
Somewhere on ftp://ftp.suse.com/ you can find a newer version of the
isdn4linux drivers which supports more devices, so you want to check this as 
well.

And on ftp.franken.de you can find the isdn4linux FAQ.
