The other solution is to install any intelligent boot manager
you can find on the first disk. OS/2 Boot Manager,
Partition Magic's Boot Manager (same as OS/2's), NT loader etc.
NT loader + BOOTPART lets me boot NT, 95, DOS, Linux and FreeBSD
all straight from the menu.
