Thank you James, Very Much

I have just downloaded the installation files for Debian and am going to
do the installation this weekend. I just joined this list and was wanting
to "lurk" a while and pick up on information before posting any questions.

The first few message I received caused me to rethink my decision on
Debian, as looked like some thing or someone had quit or the project was
going down hill. I thought maybe I should look at Red Hat or Slackware for
my Linux needs.

But after your message just now, you have helped me to sustain my original
decision and install Debian. I am very new at Linux, but do have some
experience with Unix. So hopefully I will not bother the list to much with
unnecessary questions. Hopefully I will be able to get Debian installed and
up and running.

Again, thanks for the post on your opinion on Debian. I feel a lot better
now.
