Re: SMTP transaction error
Hi,
Please send the output of
% fetchmail -a -k -v
where
-v, --verbose work noisily (diagnostic output)
-a, --all retrieve old and new messages
-k, --keep save new messages after retrieval
I don't like the SMTP connect to (null) failed; maybe your
FQDN is not visible to fetchmail? try:
% hostname -v -f
-f, --fqdn, --long long host name (FQDN)
and the -v makes it verbose.

Oh, I get:
__> hostname -v -f
gethostname()=`tiamat'
Resolving `tiamat' ...
