Dialing up....
Greeting all.....
First off this list has been hella helpful in getting my debian box up and
running. Gimp is wonderful. Ok now on to my last "Real" project. I need
to get a ppp dialup connection up and running. I was trying to start off
with using my modem to connect, at least a dummy connection(using kermit),
but my modem is not responding to ckermit. I have an atlas 33.6 modem
that responds (in win95) at comm 1. This, the ppp dialup connection, is
the last piece i need to move to a debian system only......i can't wait.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated. If need be, anyone who is
willing to help me out can email me directly(as not to waste any
bandwidth).
