Install the kernel-package package and kernel sources. Run "make
*config" as usual, then use make-kpkg to build the various kernel-*
packages (kernel-source, kernel-image, kernel-doc, kernel-headers).
You can then install the new kernel with "dpkg -i
kernel-headers-<ver>_<minor>.deb".
