chfn -f : permission denied. Is this a bug?
Why doesn't chfn let user's change their full name?
[joey@kite] ~>chfn
Changing the user information for joey
Enter the new value, or press return for the default

chfn: Permission denied.
I'm running debian with shadow password added:
