I use this trackball; however, I use it on a PS/2 port. It ought to be
very easy to add one to your machine. You just need a PS/2 connector
wired directly to the motherboard, which ought to have some pins to
take it. I can't remember whether this connector came with the trackball
or with the computer case.
If you do this, you will need to compile PS/2 support into the kernel.
