Are you are trying to use RealPlayer5.0 with Netscape Navigator?

Try adding the LD_LIBRARY_PATH lines to your netscape wrapper file 
(/usr/X11R6/bin/netscape) like this:

export NPX_PLUGIN_PATH=$HOME/.netscape/plugins:/usr/local/lib/netscape/plugins:
/usr/lib/netscape/plugins
#
# Add the next line to make RealPlayer5.0 work
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/lib/rvplayer5.0b1
#
exec /usr/lib/netscape/netscape "$@"
