For me:
/dev/hdc /cdrom iso9660 user,noauto,ro 0 2
^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^
change? mkdir first

then, type "mount /cdrom", even as a normal user.

P.S. Word wrap at every 75 characters if possible.
