Re: Error message from modprobe during boot with Debian 1.3.1
Until few minutes ago, I was stumbling on the same error message
during boot, in the way that you describe. Prompted by your post I set
out to fix it and the message is now gone. But I cannot tell that I
understand myself what was causing it. All I did was update
/etc/init.d/boot and /etc/conf.modules from their corresponding
*dpkg-dist files. Do the same and you will shall live happily
ever after.
