For the record. The only time Debian has _ever_ required a complete
re-install was from 0.91 to 0.93. Yes, it's had a few rough moments, but
there exist other distributions that would have required several complete
re-installs in this same time frame. Debian still puts the user ahead of
the rest in this and other issues.
