How about in html format off of the debian web page? Something like a
Debian Gazette modeled after the Linux Gazette?
A simple announcement can be made to debian-announce when a new gazette is
available and "back issues" can be quickly gotten with a click of the
mouse or movement of the arrow keys with lynx.
