Will the real Debian 1.3.1 please stand up?



I notice that the bo archive got changed 15JUL1997 with a newer disk set
symlinked to current. Shouldn't the version be incremented to 1.3.2 to
distinguish it from the previous one? Even if the package set didn't
change, any changes in the base install would seem to constitute a new
stable release. After all, it's now different from the 1.3.1 of 14JUL1997.
