I have also the December 1996 Infomagic cd, it was... a trash. Some
deb binaries were not there, The x-windows does'nt work out of the
box, etc. It is as if they just want you to install redhat or slakware.
Since i was not on the debian list when i installed debian, It was a pain
to install debian for a couple of hours. 

I was even tempted to install redhat just because of ease of installation!
I think there were many people that were turned off to install debian in
this dec. 1996 infomagic cd. Have anybody complained to infomagic?
