efax no longer supports "fax view -l ..."
The new version of efax (08a-1) no longer accepts the "-l" flag for
the 'view' and 'print' commands. If I try to do anything with the
faxes I have (all received by the older 07a version) everything gets
compressed onto the top of the page.
Is there any way I can fix this, or is it a bug?
