It's not official, but you can find a debianized version of shadow
passwords at
ftp://serek.arch.pwr.wroc.pl/pub/shadow
This is the home of shadow passwords for linux. I haven't tried it
yet (I'm installing 1.1 now, I added shadows manually to my 0.93R6
systems).
