Re: how to change the kernel in the boot disk?



The boot disk is an ms-dos filesystem. You must configure a kernel to boot
off of a ram-disk floppy and replace the file "linux" on the disk.

However, before you do that try the boot disk in the "alt" subdirectory
of the disks directory.
