    Maybe I am not asking the right question.

    Is the file `hello-1.3-4.diff' supposed to end with the following
material?

    The file `hello-1.3-4.tar.gz' which I downloaded from
ftp.debian.org/debian/source/misc does not contain any files named
`hello.cp' or `hello.cps'.
